you clearly never been anywhere or around educated people but just for giggles answer me this you have come in contact with every type of christian and this is how they carry themselves so when you go into the hospital, there can't be many christian patients or doctors when you walk on a college campus all the christian students must be theological students because they just couldn't believe in science |
I am sorry, what's your question? If it was about the christian students, I dunno. Need to ask them. I have been to many places and I am and have met plenty of educated people. But you wrote I was wrong for writing that there are people who use God as an excuse to not help others. It is true! Many people say "God will help you" and not for a moment they consider that maybe God would use them as an instrument to help.

You cant seem to separate me from the generalizations you make about all believers. I love how you know for a fact what I "would have done" even though I haven't mentioned hell once. Do you think you are being objective? I hope not.

Tbh, I've met some complete ahole douchebag atheists who are disrespectful...I've also met some brainwashed weird disrespectful Christians...no group really has the moral high ground. It depends on the individual. In general, I do meet more down to earth atheists but that's probably reflective of the type of circles I end up in.
Sexyandfamous is making a lot of generalizations. Everything she has said, I can say that I have witnessed but I can also say I've seen atheists try to shyt on Christians praise parade with unnecessary snark on many occasions.
I think both groups need to mind their business unless they're going to be tolerant when they interact with each other.

lmao. I was talking to this girl from my french class and she mentioned she was an atheist (Im Catholic). We were talking and she asked me what my major was.. I told her Math and she went:  . Im sitting there like so we're not allowed to believe and science, now not even math.

I don't think I would mind. Both of my brothers went thru phases where they explored the possibility of being atheist. I questioned, but accepted and respected their beliefs.
As long as the person didn't try to belittle my beliefs or convert me, I think I'd be okay with it.
Probably cuz I'm a believer, but not devout.

Christians tell me I'm going to hell and I'm not even an athiest. It's offensive to me. You can't derive power and spiritual superiority from memorizing a book. I just really hate the superiority complex.

No i said you were wrong for this Religious people always use God as an excuse to NOT help anyone; after all, God is more powerful and he can help.... can you hear me now always is finite and inclusive if you would have said tend to, I would looked over your post because then you would have been right....but since I belong to a church that helps people and can be seen helping people....and because I help people...I know your statement is false and a stereotype....so come again.....don't get me wrong i'm not perfect..but I don't judge....and christianity is not about being perfect the only perfect one is jesus
