I think mine are getting stronger. It's just that the scale does not seem to budge Cry But I am upping my workout and will stick with it.

Aww thanks....I just have just been a bit down. I have been concentrating on just getting in the workouts and not worrying about some of the details. I also have been making sure to drink my water and to cook more healthy. I know it will move. It is just stubborn LOL

Didn't really do any serious squats other than practicing body weight squats, but I did some 30 pound hip thrusts to make it up!

Did these tonight with 8lb weight. Wooo! More like plies but got them in.

its late but im in! im doing them at the gym with weights though? im at 100 pounds and can do them 3x10! started new program today its from nutruvians weight gainer exercise program. my phone isnt very good so trying to get better pics to share.

was Exhausted today but still got in my 160 reps since I didn't do them yesterday.....that was really tough last thing I wanted to do was workout but DONE!

remember to keep your weight on your heels when squating.

what shoes are you wearing to do squats? i bought a pair of vibrahms five finger shoes off ebay and really like them so far.
