Take a COLD shower after you squat so your muscles won't be sore the next day. Stretch before and after you workout.

For lactic acid build up stretching and rubbing it won't do a thing! It's caused from a lack of oxygen. Your cells have to substitute it to do cell respiration and create ATP(energy). Lactic acid is the waste created in animal from anaerobic respiration. To get rid of it BREATH and drink something basic like apple juice.

I actually like the sore feeling makes me feel like i'm actually doing something. i was so busy yesterday i couldn't do them so starting again tomorrow.
