Is there possibly a FEB Squat Challenge for beginners?
..I saw your regime on the flyer ad thingy, and them numbers looked brutal. I did 35 squats 2 days ago and havent dropped it like it was hot since.. the lactic acid build-up is nothing nice and I've been stretching but it still hurts..

You could try cutting there numbers in half or a different type of squat. Are plie' squats easier to do? They usually feel better on the knees.

why shouldn't you workout if sore?

because the body needs resting days in between workouts. since the butt is the strongest muscle in the body, working out during soreness will actually give you opposite results.

How tall are you?
I am 5'5 and I know I need to get this weight off. My goal is 45-70 lbs...A long road but I know I can do it. I'm just sick and tired of this.

I have faith in you. I've seen people shed 100lbs+ like it was nothing. 45lbs shouldnt be that big of a deal if you stick to your routine & regime

Yes I like that the feb challenge has rest days. I could use them. I also realized that I measured and it's that TOM. I have always gained up to 5 lbs and been bloated. I hope some of this goes down after.

I've heard pints of lemon water keeping the bloating away. maybe you should look into that?
stomach vacuums are also great
