What she said! Slow and steady weight loss is the key. And make sure you keep up with your measurements. Weight loss occurs on and off the scale.

So true. I don't want to be back to 105...I just want to lose the get my waist smaller, flatten my tummy and get some muscle tone all over.

Where can I find the fab ab challenge. I wanna join that challenge to. I was reading that pear shaped people are able to obtain great abs since majority of our weight sits below the waist.

It was posted in one of these thread. It could have been downstairs in TTT fitness thread. I know it was a gif or image. I saved it and just open it up and do what's listed. Let me see if I can find it

Count me in on this challenge! I started out doing the January one, injured myself:/ but now I'm better and ready to start squating. Better late than never.

Yes I like that the feb challenge has rest days. I could use them. I also realized that I measured and it's that TOM. I have always gained up to 5 lbs and been bloated. I hope some of this goes down after.

Yurika you know your waist will decrease by an inch or so once you lose the water weight.
