Couldn't do day 1 since I was sore from the previous day's workout.. not suppose to workout during DOMS Cry

if you guys are adding heavy weights & are feeling soreness the next day, dont work out!! never work out on doms

I forgot to join, but I did do my squats for today. I plan on doing them with heavy weights so I probaly won't do them everyday.
