Im 5'9 1/2. My measurements are 38-36-44. I'm definitely a pear because I'm all thighs. My waist probably would be smaller but I'm my butt is on my back & it need to be shaped, sculpted & toned.

We're about the same size! I'm a pear as well.

I thought that you weren't supposed to do booty/leg workouts everyday because you are supposed to give your muscles time to rest...wouldn't it kind of be futile to do squats everyday?

So i'm done day 1 really great workout did the 55 reps at the end of my workout and boy I really felt the burn did all 55 reps in one set so at #45 I was going as slow as a old lady but my thighs was so full of lactic acid I could feel them swelling up it was great can't wait for tomorrow i'm loving this!

Hey! I got them in. Woooo....I also did 50 minutes of Taebo tonight.(This was after taking my car into the shop. Yay it's out and running better. )

Thats what I thought also but these are only bodyweight squats so I guess theres not much of a damage
