Lol I can't spare any took me a long time to get that, as soon as I stop working out and eating right I'll be back to my flat back 36" lmao and that's no bueno. I'm tired everyday from working out but gotta do it

how long did it take you to get those 7inches?? it took me like 2months to gain 1.5inches

Took me 3 and a half months 7 to make em permanent. I work out 5 days a week eat a clean healthy diet. Weights is the key and consistency. Fish oil, coconut oil, olive oil, flax seed oil good natural fatty oils to add into shakes. I don't do beef or pork.

I need to do that Problem is.. with my school and everything, I dont have the time to hit the gym so I have to do everything at home. Lol.
