i have been using aquaphor just around my under eye area for the past 2 weeks or so.  i really like the results...

i was supposed to start juicing at least once a day.  but i failed.

i am going to do a juice only fast the first 2 weeks in march...

Eat more raw veggies or at least lightly steamed.
 
TCA peel or a  microdermabrasion
 
Get back into my workout reggie.

For february:

i'll be truthful
- i dont have time to deal with my locs. leave 'em alone and let them mature
- my skin looks fine by just eating healthier and drinking 5-6 bottles of water a day. don't have time to worry about it either
- buy a new blender and a do a green smoothie a day (mid february). eat 2 paleo meals
- find new lifting routine, continue hip hop cardio, lose 8-11.5 lbs

Well I had to learn my lesson about african black soap.  I really liked it at first because it would zap all the oil out of my skin.  But it worked too well and I had to switch back to Neutrogena; black soap left all these dry, black patches on my face.  Cry  It was dreadful; I had all these patches and lines.

Anyway, Neutrogena with salicylic acid and a good night time moisture drenching along with loads of water throughout the day.


Going to start my peel regimen next week.

Clean eating most days
Spinach smoothies everyday with what ever frozen fruit I feel like putting in it
Exercise to Jilian Micheals 30 day shred or Brazil Butt Lift and occasionally P90X
Bought a 74.4 ounce bottle to drink my water from everyday...Got to get in my 8 glasses a day and this will be a lot easier to keep up with.

No skin regimen really. I occasionally use black African soap I got off ebay and this microdermabrasion machine. I forgot what its called that quick.

That's about it for now.
