Even though you're getting into more philosophical territory, technically abortion isn't care. And you can't force anyone to offer you an abortion if they don't do abortions. Now if you went to a clinic which already offers abortions and they refused you because of your race, then that would be discrimination. And yes you can choose gender. That's already been established. For reasons of modesty (which can be religious) and by precedence.

But that isn't based on race .Sterilization is based on a lot of factors , age being one of them.

The law looks at age and gender differently than it does race.

That's my whole point. They are paying for a service, if the service could be provided, I don't see a problem. A person should be able to pick and choose who provides their care, given they are paying for the care.

They do, it's just not advertised. & if they were smart, they wouldn't have put that sign up. They should have just assigned specific nurses to the baby. Then had a note that they will only provide the care.

Hospitals do a lot of things, like rent floors out to celebrities.
