when I worked at Jamba Juice back in the day, making nada, I treated everyone well...it's called having manners & providing good customer service, even though I wasn't working at a fancy place. Even when I saw some crazy-looking ppl at times, I never replaced their name on the system with an offensive one.. manners at work 101, guise.
