Fage is good but can be pricey and the flavored ones aren't worth the calories and fat you will use. I prefer the non-fat Trader Joe's brand in Honey. It costs alot less. I do use the plain brand to make "green" smoothies.
4oz non-fat, plain Greek Yogurt
4 cups raw spinach (cleaned and rinsed; stems okay)
Small banana or 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1 packet Truvia or Splenda
1 cup of water with crush ice
Pour all ingredients into blender and mix on high until spinach is pulverized. The color will be green but the taste will be that of fruit.
5 servings of fruits and vegetables, 1 protein serving.
