kasmile, I bought both the fage yogurt and the goat milk yogurt and found that the fage is indeed much thicker than regular yogurt. I bought the total with honey and mixed the honey in. Didn't like it too much. I'm not much of a honey person though, so if you are you might enjoy it. As for the goat milk yogurt, I got the strawberry flavor from redwood hill farm and it tasted okay. doesn't taste any different from regular yogurt but it'd probably be better for you if you have problems with digesting milk products. I tried brown cow yogurt and thought it tasted much better than both. It's all natural and came in yummy vanilla bean flavor. tasted like melted vanilla ice cream:)

Fage yogurt is the best low in carbs and sugar but HIGH in protein.

COSTCO carries Greek Yogurt in a 12 pack. I add fresh fruit eventhough the yogurt has fruit in it.

So do you use the 0%, 2%, or the total? What do you use it with or mix with it?

I've been eating this for over a year now and can't go back to regular sugar-filled yogurts. I go for the 2% with strawberry.

Most major grocery stores carry it. It's not cheap, though. Fage is about $1.70 each.
