I have a question about Facebook and and HTC EVO, My husband has a number of "friends" on his phone and he says he did not add them. He says the phone added them as friends. I didn't know he had a facebook account although he knew I had one. I never knew that facebook would add friends to someone account unless the person asked to be friends with you or you asked them to be your friend.   Can anyone who has an evo tell me what's up with that?Confused

its true... I have an EVO..and mine did that too..once you program fb to your phone it adds ALL your  fb contacts to your phone book...and you dont even ask for that..im getting my cousin to remove that..its so annoying..

One of the most annoying features on the Android phone is the automatic "Sync" feature. What you can do is when it says to sync contacts to phonebook, you make sure you uncheck it otherwise all of your yahoo messenger, facebook, anything with a number will be added. I recently had to go back and delete like every yahoo messenger contact out of my phone book... it was a little aggravating.

Just turn off the sync function of his contacts so it won't add that.

So he didn't tell you about his facebook account? LOL
