I've used expensive Chanel eye makeup remover and it burned the crap out of my eyes, I now have been using Sephora's waterproof remover liquid and wipes for over 4 years and it does the job every time for 1/4 of the price.

It's a gentle and effective cleanser that removes everything all at once.  It has no scent or texture; it's just like water.  There is no need to scrub to remove the makeup.  My eyes are tired at the end of the day, and this remover doesn't aggravate my eyes or my sensitive eye area.

I use the OCM (oil cleansing method) to wash my face/remove makeup...

Steps jacked from another site...

STEP 1: Apply EVOO To Your Face..
Pour a quarter-sized puddle of the oil into the palm of your hand, then rub your hands together. Next, gently rub the oil into your dry skin using slow circles. Spend a minute or two massaging the oil slowly into your skin.

STEP 2: Steam Your Face...
Put a washcloth under hot water (don’t burn yourself), then quickly squeeze out excess water. Apply the washcloth to your face and enjoy the warm, steamy goodness that follows. You’ll want to leave the cloth on your face until it starts cooling down. I like to keep mine on for a minute or two to make sure my face is good and steamed.

STEP 3: Wipe Your Face...
Finally, squeeze any extra moisture from the wash cloth and gently wipe your face to remove the remaining oil. Be thorough but gentle, no need to scrub your face with the cloth. I love how my skin feels at this point.

thanks for the tips, ladies! I use the sephora makeup remover...it does the job for the low price and it lasts a while, but anything with less chemicals is welcome!
