I don't even understand why there would need to be a massive cover up to kill him...to the masses and the law they would be well within their rights to kill him since he is considered Armed and dangerous and has killed 4 ppl...why all of these theatrics? this is what i was thinking.  plus, i don't understand what there is to be gained from allowing the public to think he "could" be still roaming around even after all of this... seems crazy to me...
