I have a very very close family member who was beat by the LAPD. He sued and won.
 
They beat him after he was taken into custody, he was handcuffed.He had to get surgery to have his eye fixed.

the extra part about he doesn't recognize peoples skin color was not only unnecessary but more than likely a bold faced lie.

Just watched that Angry Eye video in the Black history thread it was saying this same thing. If you have to say it....... We know you lying, plus its nothing wrong with seeing us as who we are.
