Different types of skin require different maintenance techniques, when you have oily skin exfoliating is a must and you can do it often depending on what your doing.

I GENTLY use a Toothbrush on my face with my skin cleanser and after that I'll put some EPSOM SALT on my face and leave it on for about 10 minutes or until it drys. This make your skin soft and I gurantee it.

In alot of hot tropoical countries, the people use SAND to exfoliate their skin while at the beach

Thank you! I wish someone had told me this when I was a teen. I suffered needlessly with really horrible skin, not to mention all the money I spent on products that didn't even deliver as promised. I'm fortysomething now and my skin is radiant. I keep it low maintenance with baking soda as an exfoliant and apple cider vinegar as a toner. BIG difference.

I can only use peels for my oily skin.  When I use scrubs I break out horribly.

I totally agree, exfoliation is A MUST....Unless you have pustules (white heads with pus), then I wouldn't.
