All exercise helps strengthen bones and muscles to some degree, but 
weight-bearing exercise,such as running, is especially good in promoting bone density 
and protecting against osteoporosis,which affects men as well as women.
Exercise keep active on the physically...

So true, thx for sharing. I'd like to add it's an excellent alternative to anti -depressants also. Great mood regulator, but I'm sure all you fitness buffs already know that.

Exercise has been shown to lower blood sugar and blood pressure and to not increase the number of free radicals in your body.Thanks for such a nice post about excercise.

Make sure that your fitness workout covers all muscle groups. The fitness program should include cardio exercises like aerobic, jogging, stepping, climbing stair. It allows you to achieve your fitness goals much faste.
