Ok i haven't posted here in alittle while but i have been keeping up with my exercise until this week. i have a paper that is due this week and my last days of classes for the summer semester is this week also. So you know once this week is over i will be back on my gameplan. I have noticed i have alot of new growth for only 6 weeks post. But hey i am not complaining!! Big%20smile

I have gotten back to working out now..i just started a new job and i have to study alot  for my job..its cutting into me getting my fire body back...trying to gain weight also any suggestions?

Hey I haven't been on the site in a while (looks like I'm not the only one!) But I've been getting things together to move back to school. More stressing out than anything though! I have been keeping up with working out, and even though I haven't lost any inches around my midsection, I feel like I'm gaining some with my new growth!   [IMG]smileys/smiley4.gif" align="middle" />   I've been going to the gym about 3 times a week now, but hopefully once I'm settled back into my routine for the year, I can get back to about 5 or 6 days a week... *fingers crossed**

*Any ideas for new cardio workouts? Running is getting a liiitttle boring.

I finally started back working out. I have decided to participate in different runs to keep myself motivated. Today I ran a 5K approx 3.1miles in 33 mins. My time sucked big time but I was proud of myself for completing it. First time running anything like this competively now I have a goal to shave 8 minutes of my time.
 
as far as my hair im ready to snatch this sew in out in order to see my progress.

Jogged three miles yesterday (horrible time). Im going to try and run every other day. I really need to start strength training. My thighs are not as tight as theyuse to be. I missed my wash today I was being lazy.
