Week 3 of insanity complete, but I haven't lost a pound. I've been going crazy looking for my nutrition guide but I can't find it. Luckily I was able to download a pdf so I'm going to calculate my caloric intake requirements and hopefully that will make a change. I am 150 lbs and I've been eating 1300 calories a day and burning about 250-320 calories with insanity depending on the workout I'm doing and how hard I'm pushing. I think I may not be eating enough and that may be why I haven't lost anything. I have seen in a difference in inches, but it's not translating to the scale.

If you don't eat enough your body will take it from the fat but only to a point. After that it will take from your muscles. You don't want that to happen!

Thinking of doing Kettlebell workouts.   Found some on YouTube. Full body and strengthening all in one.

Duplicating a 10 lb dumbbell for the Kettlebell until I can decide if this type of workout is for my. It is working out well so far. Then again, it has been only one workout

Slow start with my exercise. 10 minutes on the Gazelle Freestyle. 5 games of Tennis on Wii Sport. Squats with a 10 lb weight.

Did 7 minutes on the Air Climber, Squats, and a very brief walk.   Not much, but it's a start

I did a 2-mile 'walk' with Leslie Sansone's Video today.
For me that's progress

Feel energetic enough to do 15-20 minutes on the Gazelle Freestyle

Walked 3-miles with Leslie Sansone video this morning. Feels good to actually sweat .

It's not much by most active people's standard, but for me it's a milestone (no pun)
