I started juicing last Thursday.........I couldn't hangCry...I'm juicing for breakfast and dinner only...I miss chewing

Mondays
Cardio 1 hr (Zumba)

Tuesdays

Wednesday
Cardio 30 min (treadmill - 15....Stair climber 15)
Legs- squats 3 sets of 10 reps(heavy weight)..... 20 fire hydrants..... 30 donkey kicks.... leg press(heavy weight) 2 sets of 15... then the abduction machine until burnout.

ultimate goal of 30-35 though. I currently weigh 153, but I'm 5'0 :(
