SW: 245
Measurements : 44, 37,51

Currently: 225
Measurements: 42, 35, 50

sooooo...20 pounds and 5 inches in 8 weeks..not bad I guess

Mondays
Cardio 1 hr (Zumba)

Tuesdays
Rest

Wednesday
Cardio 30 min (treadmill - 15....Stair climber 15)
Legs- squats 3 sets of 10 reps(heavy weight)..... 20 fire hydrants..... 30 donkey kicks.... leg press(heavy weight) 2 sets of 15... then the abduction machine until burnout.

upper body- 15 arm curls....35 tricep pulls..... using the bands I work my chest (light weight) 40 reps total...core 200 reps variation

Thursdays
Cardio 1 hr (Zumba)

Fridays
Whatever I feel like doing....mostly low intensity stuffSmile
