i was 147 pounds on December 14th ... i am now 140.8 pounds.Stern Smile


The only major thing i have done is change my food habits. Also i've been a bit more active.

Stretchmarks- how are you handling them? I've always had them but they seem like they get worse as i continue to lose, especially on my arms...

I love this thread so much! I'am an advocate for working out. I have gotten back on track with working out consistantly. For a little over a year now, I have been on my fitness journey. I"am aldo corset training to maintain a smaller waistline with working out. I will post the pics here as well once I hit one month to show my results from working out and corsetting. I think my work has been paying off too, I been getting compliments from my male and female friends that my butt is getting bigger (Yayy!) and I can tell by the tape measure that it is filling in slowly. I'm just trying to get my stomach a little flatter but I suffer from IBS so sometimes its hard to see progress.
 
I want to start juicing but it gets expensive for me :( I think I will by some naked juice and by small amounts of spinach, fruits and veggies so I can mix everything and save some money.Thanks for the inspiration ladies.

gymnastics would help...yoga is good too

but it takes a while to gain flexibility so don't expect it to happen overnight...such is my life and my commitment to yoga this year :(
