Scissors. Lay on your back, both hands beneath your butt. Lower both legs as far down as you can. Cross both legs over eachother back and forth (like scissors).

they say morning workouts help keep your metabolism up throughout the day, but i don't want to wake up and workout in the morning

i workout in the evening and i still lose weight

I'm down 17lbs already since my now 6wk long diet.....and counting....ok, going back on the treadmill......I'm working out and taking frequent lazy breaks cus I'm hungry. I've done 30min so far, trying to go for 30 more. Cry
