re: running shoes,

niketown shops have a bespoke running shoe service thats about £90, where they mould your foot and correct your running posture. for avid runners its the best thing you can spend money on.

i dont know about the states

What do you all think us better, early morning workouts or evening workouts? & when I say better I mean most effective.

I had a great NSV today! I went to the store for some stocking and the lady thought they didn't carry my size. She said they only sold plus sizes. I do wear plus size skirts and pants but it was nice she thought that. One more size to go and I am no longer plus size. Strange feel since I've been morbidly obese since I was a little child.

ive always heard early,
but i say whenever you're mostly likely to actually do it

Scissors. Lay on your back, both hands beneath your butt. Lower both legs as far down as you can. Cross both legs over eachother back and forth (like scissors).

whatever you're more likely to do

they say morning workouts help keep your metabolism up throughout the day, but i don't want to wake up and workout in the morning

i workout in the evening and i still lose weight
