i can't do any exercise on an empty stomach. I dont run, but i eat a piece of fruit before for a lil energy. and a protein shake after.

my boyfriend was gonna do the juice fast, then gave up after day 2. he said the juicing + cleaning process took too long lol

when you say buffer fat cells, does that mean, i'll burn off the fruit first and then get to the fat loss?

also, do you agree with the (somewhat Paleo thinking) that needing to eat 5-6 small meals is a myth, and that eating 3 meals a day is better because your insulin only spikes 3x?

if it's early in the morning, i'll eat a piece of toast or a banana...i think it depends on the person, my friend runs on an empty stomach 

if it's later on in the day, it's whatever i've eaten all day

your body uses stored carbs anyway when you workout, the snack before your run is so you don't pass out imo lol

yes,

technically it means that the excess carbs (simple) will be stored as fat so while this is going on, your body will tap elsewhere for energy

re: the unbolded, re: weight loss i think 4 meals imo are sufficient, even for muscle building

if you cant train on E, then train at least 45-50 after you have ingested something
