i can't do any exercise on an empty stomach. I dont run, but i eat a piece of fruit before for a lil energy. and a protein shake after.

my boyfriend was gonna do the juice fast, then gave up after day 2. he said the juicing + cleaning process took too long lol

that will cause an insulin spike that will buffer fat cells (im probably preaching to the choir though) people on BB forums recommend cottage cheese or clementines if you do have to consume something before your

when you say buffer fat cells, does that mean, i'll burn off the fruit first and then get to the fat loss?
also, do you agree with the (somewhat Paleo thinking) that needing to eat 5-6 small meals is a myth, and that eating 3 meals a day is better because your insulin only spikes 3x?
