Going to do some cardio today. Reaaally need some weights. 
Will  make DIY weights with  two bags of batteries.

I wish I could juice. but i'm just so dang lazy at times, I need to do what someone posted early and pre-cut everything and store it in the freezer. I also wish I could use spinach, but it gets so slimy when I've eaten it alone in my salads, I'm afraid the juice would come out slimy also.

i promise you won't taste it at all. no slime. use baby spinach. the color will be nasty though

How can you tell if what you have is sagging skin or fat? I've never been over 180 (my child hood weight and except for when I was pregnant @ 194).I have tummy hang, it even hung there when I was pregnant when I though it would stretch out with the restOuch I'm losing weight, I just don't know if I should increase my lower ab workouts to help get rid of it
