How can you tell if what you have is sagging skin or fat? I've never been over 180 (my child hood weight and except for when I was pregnant @ 194).I have tummy hang, it even hung there when I was pregnant when I though it would stretch out with the restOuch I'm losing weight, I just don't know if I should increase my lower ab workouts to help get rid of it

i can't do any exercise on an empty stomach. I dont run, but i eat a piece of fruit before for a lil energy. and a protein shake after.

my boyfriend was gonna do the juice fast, then gave up after day 2. he said the juicing + cleaning process took too long lol

when you say buffer fat cells, does that mean, i'll burn off the fruit first and then get to the fat loss?

also, do you agree with the (somewhat Paleo thinking) that needing to eat 5-6 small meals is a myth, and that eating 3 meals a day is better because your insulin only spikes 3x?
