i didn't do anything in particular to get it down.
i ate clean (veggie, fruit, lean meat, whole grain)
and lifted as heavy as i could in the gym (squats, deadlifts, pushups). i guess they inadvertently engaged the core
at the time i was also on a fat burner

I have a vitamix blender, breville juicer and a gym membership, yet I'm steady failing lol.

This was like in oct.

Now my stomach has a lil more thickness aka fat to it. I really want to be cut up all over.

I did 20 toe touches and 10 squats yesterday because I was inspired by this thread.

I know that's not a lot...but it's huge for me since at the moment I can only stand up for maybe 10 minutes at a time.

I am going to start going walking atleast 3x a week. I am always cooped up in the house anyway so I need to get fresh air.

Has anyone ever tried the push up challenge? Once I have my baby and can be a little more active I want to try that as well as a couple of other fitness related stuff.

I'm going to the doc on Thursday (possibly sooner) to get some Periactin or Remeron or something so I can eat. This is getting ridiculous.

This was my workout today:

1. 0.5 mile warm up on treadmill
3. Jump rope for 20 minutes (15 sec rest/45 sec jumping fast)
