Cool thread!
I'm up to running 7 miles a day, and I started the Extreme 90 Day Workout (another Insanity/P90x type of thing), but I really, really hate it. It is boring and, though intense, I really prefer to run. It also uses a lot of high, hard jumping, which unfortunately triggers headaches for me and can be rough on the knees. The workout does has some serious routines and you will sweat like a hog. It has 10 separate DVD's that focus on a particular part of the body and you interchange the routines for 'muscle confusion'. Maybe I can motivate myself to start it back...
I dunno. My body is so accustomed to running now that I really don't see much difference anymore. I have a 5k marathon next month...
My goal now is to stick to a good diet. The s/o eats a lot of carbs (flour, dumplin, rice, etc), and sometimes I get pulled in, but the past two weeks I've been doing well with eating my usual routine - and I've also thrown out all the white rice .
Good luck, all.

Hmmm maybe I should try Zumba. I dunno what I want to do. I get bored of running sometimes - maybe I need to switch up my route.

A blog...that's a good idea. I don't even know what my fitness goals are now. I think I wanna get cut - 8 pack and all that. Maybe weight training?
My hamstring is still healing after that club incident about 2 months ago - I can't do much sprinting right now. I dunno. I have a headache. Ugh.
It's like Organic's random thoughts...
I love Kelly and Ciara's bodies.
