I was thinking about trying this. However I dont need to lose anymore weight right now. I just want the vitamins etc. Im not good with eating a variety of fruits and veggies.

Juicing fruits and vegetables are an important source of raw food. The nutrients from fresh juices are easily absorb-able in our cell.

I started juicing religiously earlier this year and it was one of the BEST decisions I've made for myself and my body.

I've juiced... Not religiously though. I still fully endorse it... great way too get a lot of nutrients into your system, especially if you don't actually enjoy fruits and veggies (you can easily chug a glass of juice), but I think that there's no excuse for it to not be delicious... always has been when I made it.
