For beautiful and healthy hair right nutrition is crucial. I also take nutritional supplement Hair Gain Formula in order to support healthy hair growth. In 6 months my hair has become visibly thicker. I am not sure if it grows faster, but it looks much much better than it used to. For me having healthy hair is much more important than having long hair.

I think everybody goes through that at some point I know I felt like that since the start of my journey but its cause I didn't know about retention etc. Now though I know my hair is healthy I don't care so much about whether it grows just enjoying it until I get where I want to :)

Rarely do I feel this way these days. This is what I have learned about tightly coily hair such as mines. Unless it has grown a full inch I usually cannot see the growth even when stretching my hair and trying to measure it. Tightly coily hair is hard to see the actual growth but it is growing. I have to lightly flat iron my hair straight in order to get the full effect of how much my hair has grown over a specific period of time.
