It's time to start preparing for the 2012 ESSENCE Music Festival! The 18th annual festival will be held from July 6-9th 2012 in New Orleans. 

3 Night Deluxe accomodations at the Wyndham Garden Hotel which is in walking distance to the Superdome, the Frenh Quarters, and...Canal Street

Air transportation with Southwest Airlines leaving BWI @ 3:30pm
Arriving in New Orleans @4:35pm (non-stop)
Departing July 9th @12:30 arriving @ BWI 4:45(non-stop)

Down Payment of $75 due by November 27, 2011 ** needed to secure seats on flight

Additional payments due on 1/31, 3/30 with final payment to be made by 5/5 *** No Exceptions** A late fee of $25 will be applied to the balance beyond the 5th of May

Packages: Full down payment for each room is needed to secure room, meaning if you are booking a quad a down payment of $300($75pp) is due

Double: $840.00 per person
Triple: $748.00 Per person

Quads: $698.00 per person

Due to contractual agreements with the airlines and the hotel ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE

Travel insurance is highly recommended and is $69.00 per person which includes cancellation for any reason. Policy information can be forwarded upon request.
