Have you guys used one that works as good as the old school one

has enough heat
small enough teeth
straightens hair really good

when I used to have a relaxer, my hair straightened pin straight at the salon with just a flatiron. But I notice alot of natural women like me get a flat iron and a pressin comb put through their hair at the salon.

I just bought this at Sally's today and got a free mini iron! I like it alot ( the pressing comb, have not used the flat iron yet). Mine goes up to 500 degrees though.

I did not realize how much my hair had grown until using this.

My Grandmother used the stove one, so when I started doing her hair I got an electric one with heat controls. One day I decided to flat iron her hair, it came out beautiful, but she was old school and insisted that the comb was better, her hair was straight anyway, not much heat either way. Then she used sponge rollers every night to get some curl.
