Ok so for the whole summer I kept getting on an off breakouts. I am used to getting a few pimples here and there when its close to that time of the month but this was non stop. I tried a few things like keeping the face clean and stuff and I even stopped wearing makeup to work since that was the only time I really wore it. But the pimples kept coming. So after some Google searching I realized that it might be something on the inside and that's why it was showing on my face. I realized that I could not remember the last time I really like ate a really good serving of vegetables and fruits. Long story short I started to drink "green smoothies" (organic only!) Either buy them fresh from store, or I'd use this one called "amazing grass" you can find in whole foods. I started this in the end if Aug and its almost the end of Sept and so far so good! I had to share because it was here I learned about lemon juice for dark spots. Which I use once a week and that also seems to be working really well!!! Hope this helps someone who seems the fight with acne is a lost cause. Eat your vegetables! It really does help
