Ok so for the whole summer I kept getting on an off breakouts. I am used to getting a few pimples here and there when its close to that time of the month but this was non stop. I tried a few things like keeping the face clean and stuff and I even stopped wearing makeup to work since that was the only time I really wore it. But the pimples kept coming. So after some Google searching I realized that it might be something on the inside and that's why it was showing on my face. I realized that I could not remember the last time I really like ate a really good serving of vegetables and fruits. Long story short I started to drink "green smoothies" (organic only!) Either buy them fresh from store, or I'd use this one called "amazing grass" you can find in whole foods. I started this in the end if Aug and its almost the end of Sept  and so far so good! I had to share because it was here I learned about lemon juice for dark spots. Which I use once a week and that also seems to be working really well!!! Hope this helps someone who seems the fight with acne is a lost cause. Eat your vegetables! It really does help

this is the website to the amazing grass products if interested :   http://amazinggrass.com/ - http://amazinggrass.com/

Unfortunately seaweed is not recommended for acne prone skin. It contains high amount of iodidesShocked. This will surely irritate your pores Wink

I've been making smoothies for the past few months because I want to have a better skin and health. I never tried seaweed before and I don't know how it tastes. I'm making green smoothies like kale, cucumber and spinach smoothies. I also love making fruit smoothies and juices.

I've been using chlorella and it is so GREAT for my skin. I used to drink it mixed with water or coconut water or juice, now I mix it in my avocado smoothies.

I have a green smoothie every morning! I add msm powder and silica to it. My skin has cleared up and my belly bloat has almost gone away completely
