stir fry

I get mine from super target the archer farms brand it has no fat if you use non fat cooking spray and it is very filling.......I usually just get the ones with chicken and vegetables but they have the ones with low mein noodles or you can add rice........and they are cheap about $4 a bag

chicken breasts...just season, put them in a glass pan..put a little bit of water in the bottom of the pan so that the chicken doesnt' dry out...bake on 350 for about 30-45 minutes..it's quick and easy...Oh cover the pan in foil and when it's close to done, take the foil off so it can brown...you can serve with rice and veggies..potatoes..cut it up and put iit in salad..whatever u like.

I agree with the chicken breasts.. you can portion them out individually and marinate or season them ahead of time and stick them in the freezer. When you are ready just thaw out a breast, throw it on the george foreman and you are good to go.  I slice it up and stick it in a salad, shred it up mix with BBQ sauce and stick it on a whole wheat bun, or chop it up, add my fav teriyaki and serve with rice...

Homemade smoothies are always great... blend frozen fruit of your choice, ice, a little juice and or milk, some fat free flavored/plain yogurt and a banana and voila a healthy and tasty meal or sncak with the perfect combo or protein, carbs and fat! Sometiems I'll even add some protein powder in there too...

I fry tufo and veggies and have them with brown rice.  I also bake chicken and use it up and when I have the bone left I boil it with celery and carrots and wild rice and make a soup out of it.  I freeze it for when we are in the mood for chicken again.  I also make smoothies.  One cup of soy milk frozen blueberries or strawberries and my revival soy packet with one cup of ice.  It is a Fabulous smoothie.

I try my best to stay way from fried food and starches.  I go from brown rice, wheat bread, and yams.

I love baked or boiled chicken with baked yams with steamed vegetables.  Yumm Yumm

Does anyone else know of any no starch foods or sugar-less food brands?
