Order Dat Workz Best:

  • 1st. Lose unwanted fat first (like on your stomach, armz, etc)

WHY


Why it is important to start with Weight Loss Before Everything Else

Your fat stores an incredible amount of stuff in it.  One of those thingz is a lot of hormonez.  When U consume phytohormonez (plant hormonez) they get stored in all da fat cellz of your body on all partz of your body.  So if U have excess fat in areaz where U don't want fat thingz such as phytoestrogenz will get stored there as well.  Now phytoestrogenz store fat because estrogen storez fat and testosterone burnz it.  So if U have belly fat and you take a strong phytoestrogen dat belly fat will absorb a lot of those hormonez and activate them to store fat on your stomach leaving less of those phytoestrogenz to go to your butt and boobz.  The less fat your have on your body the more the phytohormonez will go to the right placez because there are less areaz for the phytohormonez to get "lost"  Also, losing weight will make your boobz and butt appear bigger by contrast because now your stomach is smaller.  Taking a strong phytoestrogen while over weight is also much more dangerous and increases your chances of getting a blood clot.  If U smoke and are overweight and are takin a strong phytoestrogen U are highly riskin your chancez of gettin a blood clot I would NOT risk it


Why Balacing Hormonez After Weight Loss and Before Growth is Important

Once U have lost weight your hormonez have balanced automatically a little bit makin it easier to balance now if needed.  Balancing is important for both your health and your resultz.  Letz say you don't know what your hormonez are like, for example you don't know dat U are estrogen dominant and U start takin aguaje which is a strong phytoestrogen.  You pose a huge risk to yourself extreme estrogen dominance or excess estrogen can lead to many health problems like thyroid problems, blood clotz (which can lead to DEATH), endometriosis, breast cancer, memory loss, insomnia, fatigue, fibroidz, and a lot more.  But if U know what your hormonez are like you, don't pose a risk 2 your health and know what is da best supplementz 2 take 2 get da resultz U want.  More on balancin here: Balance Your Hormones Before You Start Your Butt/Boob/Hip Journey


Why it is Best / Easiest to Grow Your Boobz first and Then Your Butt

In order for breast growth to happen your body needz a specific combination of several hormonez.  U need a perfect balance of prolactin, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone.  Prolactin causes swelling for growth, progesterone grows breast tissue, estrogen stores fat in breast tissue, and a healthy amount of testosterone is alwayz needed in a womanz body but less testosterone is needed for breast growth.  Now, the only thing your butt fat needs to grow is a strong phytoestrogen.  When you take strong phytoestrogenz for boob growth some of dat will go to your butt automatically so when growing your boobz your butt will grow a bit too (butt fat).  Taking a prolacin and a progesterone is not needed for butt fat growth (there are a few exceptions to this rule but if your hormones are balanced it is not needed).  Once your have grown your breastz you need to take herbz at a lower dosage to maintain them which is usually only a phytoestrogen and as I've said U only need phytoestrogenz to store fat in your butt.  So taking the phytoestrogen to maintain your boobz is now going to be your butt fat grower.  After U are done growin your boobz U can automatically start workin on your butt fat by usin da maintaining phytoestrogen herb as your butt fat grower now.  So not only are U going to be maintainin your boob resultz U are now workin on your butt, killin two birdz wit one stone.  If U do it da other way around itz not impossible, it'z actually very possible but harder 2 do Why?  U only need phytoestrogenz to store fat in your butt so if U gain da fat in your butt first and then introduce da progesterone for breast growth it will make da estrogen receptorz in your butt fat weaker and risk da chance of losin dat fat.  For example, prolactin increases swelling in da breastz and progesterone helpz reduce it, progesterone balancez estrogen and can make estrogen weaker by balancin it dis is why if U are estrogen dominant U take progesterone to get rid of some of da estrogen.  So da progesterone in breast growth dat U will be takin for 1-2 yearz is long enough to make da estrogen receptorz in your butt grow weaker = a strong chance U might lose some of dat fat because estrogen storez fat and progesterone weakenz estrogen.


Why it is Best / Easiest to Gain Butt Fat First and Then Muscle

Muscle increses your metabolism and burns more calories.  Fat is stored because more calories are being eaten than being burned.  This is why gaining fat in your butt first is easier than gaining muscle in your butt first.  Da more muscle U have in your body da more your metabolism will go up makin it harder to store more fat because U are burnin more.  Once fat has reached your butt, thighz, hipz, and boobz it is hard for it to get burned off because women have strong estrogen receptorz there (which is also why we get cellulite on our butt and thighz) and as I've said estrogen storez fat and keepz it there.  You can do muscle first and then fat but it is harder Why?  U simply will have to eat more to be eatin more than U are burnin and sometimez eatin a lot for weight gain is hard 2 do.  So give yourself da advantage of gainin fat while your metabolism is still on da lower side before muscle so you won't have to eat a butt-load LOL (pun intended lol)  It is also easy to maintain da fat U have gained by usin strong phytoestrogen creamz or creamz wit zhi mu or volufiline dat will help keep da estrogen receptorz and fat cellz strong and in storing mode while gaining muscle for extra "protection" of your gainz.  You need balanced hormonez to gain muscle in your butt as well, your testosterone levelz and estrogen, and progesterone must be normal or balanced.  You need your natural levelz of testosterone while growing muscle because testosterone growz muscle.  Having strong estrogen in your body makez it harder to grow musclez.  So once your are done taking phytoestrogenz for your butt and boobz go back to getting your hormonez normal again for dat healthy amount of testosterone for butt muscle growth.

In da past I have taken CLA, oxyelite, coconut oil, L-carnitine, chromium picolinate, soy lecithin, and a few other thingz I think all of them work.  I am gonna start up oxyelite again soon cuz dat stuff supressez my appetite well

My suggestion
go here: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc and by da minute type in everythin U do in 24 hourz (includin sleepin) and it will tell U based on da weight U type in (at da top) approximately how many caloriez U are burnin.  If U eat 500 caloriez less everyday than what U are burnin you'll lose a pound a week, and for every 500 less you'll burn another pound dat week.  Never eat less than 1,200 caloriez a day dat is unhealthy (I HATE dat stupid HCG diet 500 caloriez are U effin kiddin guuuuuuuurl dat is called da "anorexic supermodel starvation diet" datz all dat is).  Exercise, cardio and weightz.  If U do only cardio you'll burn da fat but your metabolism won't be strong 2 keep it off and your skin will sag.  If U do weight liftin only da resulz will come very slow.  If U do both U get everythin.  I say spend 40 minutez on cardio and 30-40 minutez on weight liftin 5-6 dayz a week and eat less caloriez and maybe take a few healthy supplementz 2 help your way, but datz all U need to do.  Weight loss is really simple actually U don't need 2 do all dat carb cuttin, HCG, grapefruit diet, zumba, weight watcherz all of dat is crap.  Weight loss is a math problem burn more than U take in.  If U eat 2,000 caloriez and burn 1,500 U aren't losin weight if U eat 1,500 caloriez and are burnin 2,000 U are, it'z dat easy.  Exercise makez it faster and makez U healthier.

Pls lisa i want to be clerified in regards to the growing fat first before muscle. If am using topical applications of butt cream to store fat on my butt will i also wait to store the fat first before exercising to gain muscle. I dont know if the fat you are talking about is through eating(i dnt intend eating alot cos i dnt want to gain weight just booty and breast gain). Also will exercising with heavy weight for butt growth burn the fat one derives from butt cream(is it adviceable to use the butt cream and also lift heavy @ same period or use the cream for some months then after one is done with the cream one start lifting heavy to grow butt muscle?)
Also i plan on mixing mo butta cream with eveline buttock shaping serum(it has volofiline in it) leave to sit for one week and rubbing it on my butt in the evening, then mix the eveline buttock shaping serum with booty stacked cream and use in the morning. I also bought aniterol pm xtract and plan on mixing it with the eveline buttock shaping serum and adding castor oil leave to sit for a week and massage 2x a day on my breast
wt do you think about using mo butta cream or booty satcked cream on the breast,do you think is safe?).
I also plan on taking navitas gelatinized maca capsule. Can one use pm oil on the butt. Pls advice me if what i plan on doing is healthy,safe, and effective. Am really fed up of having a wide hipe,small waist with a very flat butt. Am a pear shape.

Woah!  First of all girl, read EVERYTHING on ALL of these threadz below 2 answer most of your questionz cuz you seem to be at "beginner level" wit this stuff



Dat is too many creamz, some are counter-productive wit each other.  like I said do fat loss - balance hormonez - grow boobz - grow butt fat - grow butt muscle.  Dat is da easiest order but not da only order.  

Da answer to your question about doin fat and muscle at da same time or which one 2 do first is right here in this thread, first post LOL!  Come on guuuuuuurl read da threadz LOL.  Think of it this way, fat is caloriez dat U didn't use and muscle requirez caloriez to grow too.  If U are exercisin for musclez those caloriez will go to your musclez leavin nothin for your fat.  U need different hormonez in your body to store fat and to store muscle it is hard (but not impossible) to store fat and muscle on your butt at da same time.  Because da usage of your caloriez will be fighting it out wit each other on if they want to go to your fat or muscle.  For muscle or fat growth U will have to be eatin more than U usually do.  Not a lot alot (unless U have a high metabolism) but if U are burnin everythin U eat there will be nothing left to store as fat or muscle.  How can somethin grow out of nothin?  

Da herbz in mobutta and booty stacked aren't what U need for your breastz.  Read everything on all da threadz I suggested above and your questionz should be answered.
