Looks great Jewels.

Love the "natural" look of the twist out, unlike beach waves(which I often end up doing whenever I wear my hair straight, because they're the easiest for me to achieve, two braids, unravel and done, lol) that also have their charm, but have more of a planned look to them.

i rinsed, co-washed to detangle, shampood, dc and then co-washed again.  i used the conditioner as my moisturizer, sprayed on my detangler and sealed with petroleum jelly.  yeah i said it.  i have had this petroleum jelly sitting under my cabnet since my passage on the underground railroad and i wanted to see the results for myself.  i then put my hair in 5 braids and pinned them back to dry.

so my experiment with pertoleum jelly is over.  i just unraveled my braids and realized what i actually hated about hair grease when i was a kid.  i cant handle the smell or the feel on my hair and hands.  i mustve lost my damn mind yesterdayLOL my hair does look great though but nah son this is just unnecessary in this day and age.  it did make me realize why i like to use very little product/oil on my hair.  when i touch my hair i dont want to see or feel anything.

LOL

Njoy that doggy is so gross...just imagine you coming home to see that going on...smdh.

Anyway, today I'll be doing a pre-poo. I haven't done ANYTHING to my hair the entire week. I mean nothing, so I know that my hair is a tangled mess. I'll be washing & detanlging in the shower (pray for me y'all). Will be doing a dc under the dryer & just braiding & letting my hair air-dry, buns for the week.
