Are you using cuticle oil?  Once before bed and then morning if you can remember?  Put a small one in your purse.  That might help the splitting.  And using a glass nail file.

I've been using the Duri Slayfresh recommended and it has made a really big difference.  Now that they are much stronger I'm going to stop trimming and let them growClap

Thanks kfoxx I will try it. CC also suggested dry nails might be causing that.

This is the eye shadow I picked up for my brows. L'oreal Infallible Eye Shadow in Continuous Cocoa. I haven't tried it yet. Hopefully it's not too dark. In the third pic you can see the difference between it and MAC Carbon which is solid black.

^^^That formula may not work. I may need something more...powdery. I didn't know that was a cream-powder formulation. I will try it with a larger brush and if it doesn't work I will buy something dryer.

i havent put on any makeup in like a few weeks i think..
i feel like ive been absent from class for a while..

i should practice today.. i wanna try that sponge.

i hate MACs return policy.. you have to have a receipt to even do an exchange.. i dont understand why they cant look it up if you used a card..
i think i wanna return/exchange that nightmoth liner.. i havent used it (havent even tried heroine or flat out fab yet either.. but i wanna keep those).. i think it was an impulse buy.. i dont see me using it.. i think it would better on lighter skin tones..
on google images i mainly see it on lights/whites and it looks lovely..i dont love it on the few darkies i see..

I get everything from the Drug Store except foundation. My skin tone is very yellow and most foundations seem to have a reddish hue so I need assistance finding the right color. After years of using Clinique gel moisturizer I have started buying this and like it:

For Brushes I like the brand Real Techniques which you can find at Walgreens:

I bought the $2.95 BH cosmetics foundation in Mocha today.  Most of the reviews were from MAU's but we'll see.  I figured why not add yet another foundation to my collectionDead

Hmmm, if I remember correctly. I returned a foundation after months with no receipt. I wanted cash back, but they automatically put it back on the card I used. I got it from a Mac store inside of Macy's and they have stickers with a bar code on the packaging (which I had).

I want to try Real technique's brushes. I never really spent too much on brushes and my ELF are falling apart.. With Cvs reward cards, they send dollar amount off coupons all the time. I'm going to use it to slowly build up a better brush collection with the rt..

i think the MACs inside macys are different..

i got it from a regular store.. but maybe that girl was just lying to me or something..

i dont think so though.. there was another time i wanted to do an exchange or return and i had to call a special number and ship the gloss somewhere.. wasnt that serious..

im gonna call right now and ask again just to be sure. i feel like if its unused there should be no issue.. but she said she needed a special code on the receipt or something..
