is concealer supposed to cover bumps?

and if im just gonna try to put concealer on the the bumps would i do it before or after foundation?

i dont think i should try it.. i probably wont blend right or the concealer will be a diff color and ill look like a dalmation irl

@Samone... next time you set you face... take a powder puff and press & roll the setting powder on then let is sit for a moment. That might be better than brushing on the powder.

If your skin is a little oilier its hard to avoid.  Pressing the powder in as Rumy described will help keep it to a min.  Where do you get the transfer most?  Your hands or our clothes?  In the morning or you notice it during the day and in the evening?

Okay.  If you have a pressed powder compact to keep in your purse that will help a lot.  Just blot on every now and then.  A few times a day will keep it better under control.  And keep your hands to yourself.  Your non-face partLOL

ETA:  Press and roll it "into" your skin the way Rumi said too.  That really is the way to go.
