Bonjour baby ooowee, I try to tell myself that, but I have been so brainwashed into thinking, only water counts.

I am also one of those that check the toilet after 'use'.

If that water changes color,   I am concerned

Maybe I am going through a little bit of rebelliousness.

Not getting the results I am working so much for.   

Yes, I need to get over myself.

Its weird but I feel like I have been craving more fruits and veggies since I've been drinking more water. I don't want any greasy foods or a lot of sugar. I've been eating a lot of salmon, eggs, spinach, salads etc. I hope I don't fall off.LOL

petiteone29 yessss that's exactly what happens i eat 2 salads a day/ fruit like mango/watermelon/pineapple/cherries those are my go betweens ill do strawberries when on saleLOL i eat LOTS of veggies fresh/ uncooked/ cooked i eat alot of different kinds of fish & alot of chickenLOL my snackers: popcorn/with nacho cheese seasoning on it OR bbq seasoning on it/ fresh roasted peanuts no salt/ then when i REALLY wanna be bad jolly ranchers freeze pops watermelon or green appleLOL  now like i told benni IF i can regulate a everyday workout in my mix imma be POPPIN babyLOL

While I love my current situation with the LCHF, I realize I lose more weight when eating Fruits and Veggies.

They contain more water, and I somehow feel 'cleaner' mentally.

The daily workout does trip me up Bonjour.

It just does not come naturally

Especially with the warmer months coming, Fruits and Veggies always seem to go with Summer

I am back on track last weekend was the the devil. Got back on track Tuesday ...drank at least 80 ounces a day. Today I am trying to do the same.
