i was doing really good before march got sick and all hell cut lose / baby im back heyyyyy so im doing one bottle acv throughout the day and 3 bottles of water it helps with my skin my energy level im not doing the weight loss thing per se im working out for healthy weight loss this is a lifetime change for me something to keep me healthy plus i get great benefits from it ... imma keep you up starting next week because ill be implementing EVERYTHING and bangin it out non stop

salad for first meal each day
workout 30 minutes per day
10 pound weight training for squats & tightening up arms
corset waist training along with healthy eating \
its ON like fresh hot buttered popcorn ive been straddling the fence for a year now on chill now im on my azz to get the body i TRULY desire / no excuses and the best thing is ive been doing most the stuff already
