aloe makes it easier for me

drinking aloe makes me feel more health concious, which makes me drink more water and eat better

aloe just tastes like it's healthy. i love drinking it

coconut water does makes it harder though...

i feel more inclined to drink the coconut water sometimes

i know when i was very consistent with my juicing and buying green juices (32oz per day.. preparing for my cleanse)… i drank significantly less water. 

my body just isn't used to like 100oz of liquids of ANYthing per day..

well maybe you should just buy the aloe then....

aloe is not really a drink on its own you just add a small amount to water/juice

i think ill still get a few coconut waters.. 
i wanna drink like only water, greens, and tea (plus protein on workout days) but i don't need to just go cold turkey.. 

i should treat myself to at least some coconut water if I'm really not drinking any other juice.. 

about how much of the aloe do you drink?

so a gallon a day / 128 ounces is considered the norm to drink each day Tongue

*** adding fresh squeezed lemon is VERY good too***  ( imma try this cause i keeps lemons)

i do 3 bottles of 16.9 ounces with apple cider vinegar in it &  a bottle or 2 more per day 84.9 ouncesStar 
i stay eatin a salad or 2 per day along with eating 5 smalls portions/ meals per day i like this betterWink
i kicked out the chips & put in fresh roasted peanuts for snackin/crunchin on or fruits

im about to start the body waist training/ cincher - workout with waist wrapped & gain curvaceous definition
my workout is back in effect 15 - 30 minutes cardio/ work my way back to krunches/donkey kicks/ squats  (imma incorporate this 2 get my coca cola pop bottle body on deck)LOL

sidenote: this is a VERY encouraging & do-able thread for me / if yall think of some more bests believe im tuned in & takin notes & tryin it tooThumbs Up

i think I'm just dehydrated typically.. 
100oz probably isn't too much.. i just gotta get my body used to it. 

but I'm small.. the bigger you are the more liquids you need. 
also activity level is a factor

i just pour i wanna say 2 or 3 tablespoons with an equal amount of water or juice

i remember my uncle drinking a lot of it one time for his bowel or something. 

i really will pick it up today

Soooo my eczema has been acting up a lot lately. It's been really itchy and I just chalked it up to the cold weather. My skin is not itchy AT ALL today, I'm sure it's from drinking all that water. My face even looks clearer...80 oz goal again today!
