I cannot seem to get in the mood to exercise today. Embarrassed

I made a little progress by trading a cup of coffee for Green Tea LOL

I've keeping up with exercise daily.   Yesterday I felt weak and achy, so I did bare minimum, enough to say 'I did something'.Embarrassed

Staying on the program has been a bit iffy this week.  Staying up late, and waking up around 11 am....  Breakfast does not always seem like a good idea, so I start my day with lunch.  Not sure how this will affect how the program works, but with this wake/sleep schedule it's hard to fit in 3 meals without having something too heavy to eat late at night.

My concern is, am I getting nourishment Question  Ermm

So it's my day off today which is a weigh-in day.   I was apprehensive to get on the scale because I was sure it would show a 5 lb weight gain,  instead it showed 0 lb loss.  No gainClap  

I am so pleased because 'the pipes have been clogged' for 3 days.  So, I expected the added weight.   
Deductively I know I've lost weight, if only I could get rid of the waste, the scale will reflect it.    I'm not stressing it.  Magnesium Citrate is on my shopping list today LOL
It's very uncomfortable, and you will think eating all this fiber will clear things up and out Embarrassed

My weight is at a stand-still, and so is my Colon LOL LOL

Week-3 ended with a total of 8.4 lbs lost Clap  Clap Hug

This averages to 2.8 lbs per week. Not bad at all.  Thumbs Up

Today begins week 4.  My goal is to continue with the daily exercise.  I am not hard core with exercise.  A dance video, or indoor walking videos is enough.  If I am going to make exercise a regular routine, exercise just cannot be too rigorousWink.

I am now 18 lbs away from my goal weight, and I'm in no hurry Star
