From time to time I've had breakouts and/or gotten zits from too many products on my weave hair.  Especially when wearing swoop bang styles.  The product below has been very helpful in controlling that.  I applying a VERY THIN layer after washing my face with my Clean and Clear Continous facial wash (in the purple tube.)

I emphasize applying a thin layer because products containing Benzoyl Peroxide can be very drying.

This stuff is also helpful when you feel like you're about to get a zit/pimple, that little itchy feeling.

I get them especially when the hair is directly on my face like a bang..
Unfortunately I cant use products with benzoyl peroxide...but this also works and it less than $3.00

its funny, I didn't start breaking out until my early 30's which is around the time I started wearing strand by strand extensions. I def believe it's a correlation.

Do you pre-treat the hair before installing?

Thanks for sharing your tips.  Like someone else mentioned I never had break outs in school but about two years ago I started late puberty.  I just turned 38 last week and my face breaks out more now than it ever did.  I just started wearing weaves about 6 months ago, so I don't think there is a connection.  But, I certainly don't want things to get worst.
