Yup. Should be support w/o any hesitation or jealousy.  On both parts.

I'm attracted to and have dated both black and white guys. I work and live around white guys, so currently I date more white guys based on proximity. It's working well...met some really cute ones. Whoever I date, he has to be (no exceptions) college-educated, attractive and ambitious with a good job/apartment/car, etc. so if he doesn't meet the criteria? there's no pressure...plenty of fish in expanded dating pool.

it's easier to date when you are young too and aren't looking for a come up (not saying some of you are)

I was in school and wasn't making much money and my parents were still helping me so I was okay being with someone that was also just starting out

now if I was single and where I am now, dating would probably be impossible....mostly because a lot of men have kids by 30 something and are pretty set in their ways

I agree that dating is somewhat easier when you're younger (less men with kids or ba ge. But through hard work I have the exact same qualifications that I require from a partner, so finding my financial/social equal is critical and *makes* it easier to narrow down list of must-haves. I left 'non - womanizer' and 'a man of good character on my list...that's non - negotiable as well. Race is not on my list.
