I used to.  I never put it right on the dishes.  I would add about a cap full into my water, along with the soap.

Yes, when I am making dishes with meat I have one side of the sink with bleach water in it and I put the dishes that touch the raw meat directly in it then into the dishwasher. I soak my cutting boards in bleach water on the regular. I don't do that with my regular dishes though, those just go directly into the dishwasher to be cleaned.

yes bleach, just enough, but not in dish washer only when Im doing it by hand- its like extra chlorine

I do. I feel better using bleach b/.c I know it kills everything rather than using just plain detergent
