well technically yes..

if someone has been down for at least 4/5 resus cycles, and the time theyve been down

lets say someone has an unwitnessed heart attack and is pulled up into the er/a&e after being down (no cardiac out put or respiratory effort) for 20 minutes unlikely that they will do many cycles

the fabrice muamba cases are anomalies for many reasons

these crackas been tryna kill me since i was 5.  i've taken 5 trips to the emergency room and each time I was not treated like I was suffering from an emergency!  I was a member of that hospital for over 20 yrs.
